I have been dealing with real estate agents for a long time. Looking back I think that I changed five or six apartments in my life time, so I know a thing or two about real estate intermediaries. Eran is one of a kind. Aside from being extremely punctual, his qualities as a real estate agent are remarkable. He is very persuasive, doughty focused on the deal developing an excellent chemistry and rapport, both with the seller and the prospective buyers. I am almost sad that the transaction is over, ( I sold an apartment through Eran's "intercession") because it was such a pleasure to do business with him. It takes a great deal of savvy to do a good deal. Lucky for me that I was one of his clients.

I used Eran as my agent to help me find and purchase an investment property in Queens a few years ago. My budget was limited, and my list of requirements was long, but Eran was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and persistent. He helped me find the perfect place that fit my guidelines and proven to be a great investment- not no mention he guided me the every step of the way while navigating thru all the steps of the purchase process and dealing with all the annoyances in it( non responsive attorneys, issues with title, dealing with the seller issues, etc)! I could not recommend a real estate professional any highly!

This is my first real estate purchase and Eran was outstanding, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. He was most professional and went beyond the proverbial extra mile. This made the process simple and easy to understand. I could call or email anytime and he would respond in simple language, no technical jargon and such like. Eran was very responsive from the day 1 of our interaction. He was available at almost anytime to answer all my questions. If I left him a message, he usually responded in just minutes. It’s visible that he wanted to make things smooth for both buyer and seller as it could get really frustrating.
